How It Works
Immigration Packages
Immigration Legal Preparation offers several product packages to cater to the needs of different categories of immigrants.
Some documents, such as the DS 260, satisfy multiple circumstances like the immigration of individuals and their families for personal or work-related reasons. Others are supplementary forms required to support the petition for different immigration routes.
Our network of professionals are equipped to assist with completing and filing the following documents:
Family Based Immigration
U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can sponsor their family members to come to the U.S. and remain as a permanent resident.

I-130 Citizen/R.A. Petition for Alien Relative
This form allows a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (LPR) sponsor to verify a relationship to their immediate relative, enabling them to enter or remain permanently in the U.S. and be issued a permanent resident card or green card.
I-864 Affidavit of Support
This supporting document allows the immediate or preferential family member of a U.S. citizen or LPR to provide evidence that they are able to financially support themselves without government assistance.
DS 260 Applicant Information
Also known as the “Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application,” this document is necessary for foreign nationals abroad to apply for family-based green cards for themselves. Once approved by the National Visa Center (NVC), they can proceed with the consular process for a marriage-based green card.
DS 260 Additional Family Members
This form allows foreign nationals abroad to apply for family-based diversity visa program green cards for all family members, as well as update the existing information as needed.

I-526 Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur
This form is necessary for those who want to immigrate to the U.S. and start a company or invest a significant amount in an existing business.
DS-261 Online Choice of Address and Agent
The State Department requires a completed DS-261 form after the principal applicant has received their individual case number.
I-924 Application for Regional Designation Center
Involvement in the Immigrant Investor Program requires a USCIS submission of this completed form to become designated as a regional center. Public or private entities do this to create jobs, increase export sales and domestic capital investment, thereby promoting U.S. economic growth.
Once approved, a subsequent submission of this form is required to request amendments. Amendments could alter the center’s name, change the ownership or the organizational structure, move to a different geographic area, or add to the enterprise.

I-140 Petition for Alien Worker
Petitioners requesting a noncitizen worker to be granted U.S. permanent resident status based on employment must use this form.
Labor Certification
Before U.S. employers can file an immigration petition to the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), they must get a certified labor certification application from the Department of Labor (DOL). This certifies that there are insufficient qualified U.S. workers available in the area. Issued by the DOL, a permanent labor certification enables a company to hire a specific foreign worker to be permanently employed in the United States.
